The South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) and the National Fuel Cell Education Program TM (NFCEP) have created an education project that is delivering renewable hydrogen fuel cell kits and the Hydrogen Outreach Program for Education (HOPE) Pilot TM curriculum to 20 California high schools in its region for use in the classroom during the 2002-03 school year. Many of the participating teachers are members of the California Regional Environmental Education Community Network (CREEC). The renewable hydrogen fuel cell kits are provided by the NFCEP, a project of Eco Soul, Inc., a nonprofit corporation. The H.O.P.E. Pilot TM is provided by M.R.S. Enterprises.
